“Superb!There are numerous reviews on here speaking of poor customer service at this location. UNFOUNDED. I went in this afternoon to pick up an online order, I was prepared for what I had read. I was politely greeted as I entered the door, despite being on a mission to simply pick up. The salesperson Caterina made me feel at home quickly as she searched for my item. I continued to spend an hour in the store considering all of my options for necklaces and bracelets, which was not my plan. If you want excellent customer service and to feel like a VIP in a gorgeous jewelry store, David Yurman in King of Prussia is your place.”

“The only word that could be used to describe my experience with this Cartier location would be perfect. I came to the store in July looking to look to a wallet I saw online which wasn't in the store at the time. Mandy graciously took my number for it to be shipped to the store and kept me frequently updated on its arrival. When I came to the store to look at the wallet, by that time I had already bought another one, but I ended up buying a card holder. The second visit to the store was truly luxurious; I was given soda, chocolate and had an excellent chat with Mandy and sales associate Jasmine who wrapped my purchase. If you are looking for a luxurious and no-nonsense purchase, ask for Mandy or Jasmine!”

“The clerk at the store was named Jack and I'm Jill so I made a Dad joke, we bonded and I told him my husband needed a new watch band. He asked the inevitable why, and I showed him what I thought was an irreparably damaged watch. He asked if I really wanted the new watch or if it could be fixed, would I prefer that. Sure, who wouldn't, I replied. He put a pin in to reconnect the band, told me there was no charge and I left happy I went out into a horrible rainstorm, and spent the watch money on takeout!”
