“Well this is a hidden gem.i had got a membership for someone for Xmas and they tried for 7 months to persuade me to join I had been using petets on 202 for years ..the owner ask me what's the difference and I pointed out what I liked and he showed me the difference in the 2 and I finally signed up and I must say just the personal service is worth everything. They even give u a towel to dry your car and when u bring it back they exchange it they spray your wheels and rimsAnd give u good feed back and it's a family run operation the kids be out there hustling like every one else. But most of all my SL500 shines like new money JUST AS WELL AS MY FORD TAURUS..thank you guys”

“Literally never written a review before in my life:I bought a car from Bergey’s in 2019, and I’m happy with it, I guess. But, that’s not what this is about…. My girlfriend’s car had a check engine light on, and the issue should have been covered by the warranty. She brought her car to the dealership, not Bergey’s, from which she bought her car. They did some work, and charged her roughly $500. Alas, the work they did, did not fix the issue, but they offered for another $500 to attempt something else to attempt to remedy the problem. My girlfriend, smartly, took her car and brought it to Bergey’s. They fixed the car, and she paid $0 out of pocket.Thank you, Bergey’s.”

“I have had a monthly membership here for over 2 years now, and I have to say, it is the BEST membership that I have had for these two years. I wash my car at least 2 times per week, and every-time it comes out sparkling clean. They wash, and dry it perfect. They definately lose money with me. If I were to take my car without the membership it would be at least 19.00 per wash. I pay 38.00 each month and can go as many times as I want or need to within that month. A very good value. They aren't the friendliest, but they do their job and I highly recommend this car wash.”

“I love this car wash, This would honestly be a 5 star review if the wax in the hand wash bays worked as intended. For almost two years now I’ve noted that when switching to the wax, it takes almost a minute or two to actually start coming out, and that’s assuming it comes out at all. There has been a few times I’ve wasted 5+ minutes waiting and trying to get wax to come out. It might come out for a second when you switch it, or not at all. It’s become noticeably worse over these two years, it’s a shame because it’s good wax and a great car wash and I hate that this is my only complaint. I’m writing this hoping this problem is addressed and I can change this review.”

You can see your car get washed thru their in store glass window option. I also love the store having all you need for your car, such as floor mats, air freshners, and windshield wipers. As you can imagine by way of this review, I chose Sam to complete my full front PPF and ceramic coating on a new car.With any decision and not just for monetary reasons you should complete due diligence. Call around and ask questions.1. Pricing – Sam is easily competitive with any quotes you’ll get in this sphere. You can certainly pay more and even less if you believe those Facebook posts on $799.99 ten-year ceramic coatings. Just between you and I, there is no such thing. Its marketing.2. Patience - I asked a million questions before pulling the trigger. One shop returned my call and he was on vacation with his family. He made sure I knew that. I wasn’t 2 questions in when I was asked if I was going to drop it off on Monday……The other shop was fast talking me the entire time from a script. They answered the questions but it was very informal. Sam took many questions by text and jumped on a few calls as well. Made sure I was informed of what these protections can and can’t do. The other companies didn’t bother.3. Results – I couldn’t be happier with how the SUV came out. When you buy a new car it’s pretty shiny but understand that it’s been transported on a flatbed for thousands of miles and possibly test driven a few times as well. So, what I thought was perfectly shiny, Sam took to a new level during his prep. The metallic flakes I didn’t even notice originally were now evident. Couldn’t find any flaws or asks in the PPF application.4. Follow Through – That night after pickup Sam texted with several recommendations for washing the car. Understand that when you add a ceramic coating and PPF that what they say in those earlier reviews you read are true. Don’t expect to use a touch car wash or use a broom to get snow off the car if you want perfect paint. Expect many years of handwashing. Sam assisted by recommending the materials to do the job as well as several YT videos on how to do it correctly.Lastly, its an investment. If you have a brand new or even an older car I felt it was worth doing a little more to protect the paint and to make washing a bit easier. While its still very early no buyer’s remorse on the decision. After you make those diligence calls, I’m sure you’ll be setting up a time with Sam.”
