“Awesome customer service. Gavin, the store’s new manager, took me in at 4:00 on a Sunday (an hour before close) to replace my flat. I needed all new tires anyway, and he was able to help me out. He and his techs got the job done efficiently and quickly. I was out of there with four new tires in less than an hour. Gavin was attentive, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile. Caliber Collision in North Wales PA did a wonderful and thorough job to return my car to the pre-incident condition. What I appreciated the most was that Adam was very patient in sending me updates every day and answering all my questions. They were very professional and went above and beyond in taking care of details including the rental car, all for the purpose of customer's convenience. I highly recommend this shop and the wonderful employees. It was a great experience despite of the cause of this incident.”
