Hubby and I have adopted 2 kittens over the past few years from Frankie’s affiliate Black Cat Market. Always a great experience, we love supporting our local shelters!
For the complaints regarding Adoptions:
1- Frankie’s is a veterinarian clinic, not just an adoption agency. They have 1 adoption coordinator. Imagine the amount of calls and emails she receives regarding adoptions. Please keep in mind that they do their very best to satisfy everyone’s wants while also keeping the cat’s best interest at heart (most important)
2. If you do not get the cat you requested, there are plenty more cats that need a home. Hubby and I also didn’t get our first pick for our second adoption, however, instead of coming to Google reviews and degrading the company, we adopted another kitten that needed a loving home. And we love him!
3. Frankie’s and Black Cat Market do a great job. It’s takes a lot of resources, effort, and time to do what they do. Let’s just all appreciate that we have these local non-kill shelters putting in this much effort for our animal community.
Thank you again for giving us our babies! There will be a 3rd in the future ;)

This place has been here forever but I recently started going regularly. The breakfast is fantastic! Way better than the nasty breakfast I suffered through at Bob Evans. I try to go here at least once a week.

Fun atmosphere and decor, great to see this yummy shop make the jump from food truck to brick and mortar. The carrot cake may be the best I've ever had with amazing maple cream cheese frosting. I also had the lemon and was skeptical about it being vegan but I truly couldn't tell the difference and really enjoyed the powdered sugar based frosting. We also had the white chocolate raspberry and the butter rum. Both were good but the frosting in the raspberry was very stiff so that one was my least favorite, still yummy with light angel food like cake. Friendly staff and good vibes!
