They couldn't get me in on Monday when I called so they opened a little early to squeeze me in on Tuesday. Super nice man (I wish I got his name). Smiling while talking to me and he didn't jerk me around at all like most mechanics do. I wasn't expecting such an amazing price to plug it up either. In and out in less than a half hour. “This was my first time using Wagner and I was NOT disappointed! I didn't get to meet Mitch, as I dropped my vehicle off on Sunday and picked it up after he was gone today, but spoke with him on the phone. He gave me great detail on what he did, why he did it and what to look for in the future.I had an alignment and tire balancing done. I had previously brought my Jeep to a chain-store shop for the same thing, twice over the last year and both times it still had serious vibrations.After leaving Mitch's shop, the drive home was sheer joy! No vibrations, no pull and the steering wheel was straight!! He told me that the wheels were WAY out of balance and the alignment was definitely off. There was also further detail. “I had the motor mounts replaced in my mini cooper last year and the were 3x cheaper than the dealership. Recently one of them had worn completely down again so I went back over to T&D and was completely blown away by their customer service. They got me in for an appt the next day dropped off my car in the morning and they were done by lunch. It was all covered by the warranty.They stand behind their work. It was no fault of the shop that the motor mount failed prematurely but they did the right thing and fixed the issue. I will use them for everything we need from now on.Thank you”

My car broke down the other day and needed a tow, and I didn't have to think twice about where to have it taken. It was a Friday afternoon, so I was not expecting to hear anything till Monday. To my surprise, I was called within about two hours and given a very fair repair price for a broken front axle. Pat's had my car good as new by a Tuesday morning, and I was even able to have it inspected while it was in the shop to save me some time. As a new customer I was impressed and grateful to this above average service. As a first responder the previous statement is unselfish, vey much appreciated, and putting a volunteer firefighter back to helping the community. They called several times to give me status updates. Hands down by far the best mom and pop shop out there. Better than Mavis or blue moon. Rates are reasonable and won’t break the bank. This group of guys want to do the job right and they did in my book. They fixed a problem that I’ve been chasing for a couple months with a cheap code scanner. Borders employees you are the best.
