“I came in because my oil light was on and intended to top-off my oil. It turned out my oil was completely empty! I talked to Mike, who helped me pick the right oil and not only showed me where each fluid under my hood was, but helped me fill my oil and read the dip stick correctly. He made sure i knew what to do, and when my own knowledge failed me, he supplimented! Out of courtesy, noticing my coolant was also low, he took leftover product from the store and filled it for me. He was very pleasant and polite throughout the entire interaction. I asked to put a good word in to his boss, and his boss said he wasn't surprised! If you need help understanding how to fix minor issues with your car, and what the right product is, you are guaranteed solid and sincere customer service here. Thank you guys!”
