What I appreciate about her treatments is her ability to focus on any problem area at the time of the appointment. She'll address any muscle issues that I have and treat me accordingly. She will also adjust the music at my request to whatever I would like. Melissa has helped me tremendously throughout the years with various sprains and knots, and I recommend her services enthusiastically. I always feel relaxed and refreshed after one of her massages! On a recent occasion, I had a massage by Larissa and she was wonderful. The massage was so relaxing and it felt luxurious. I would be happy to be treated by her again. “Shout out to my Personal trainer Chad Flowers. Came to him looking for a form coach, I have a protruding disk so that means every movement I do has to be exactly precise. If not I risk weeks out on injury and I have a bodybuilding goal to accomplish. He has been extremely helpful and understanding about my injury and my need to push myself past limits. I don't want to be a sit on the couch bum again. Come see him in Nazareth commit to yourself, if you visit his gym webpage you get your first private session free. You can join his gym or just pay for sessions like I do since I was already in a contract.”
