“There is no magic pill that will get you in shape. But if you're willing to show up and put in effort then give KSP a try. Their trainer's are knowledgeable and take the time to make sure you're heading towards your fitness goals. They'll coach you and encourage you but never bully you. I've been going for a little more than two months and these have been the best results I've ever seen.”

“Love it here! So many options for classes and so many different times. They have Zumba, yoga, cardio kickboxing, barre, Pilates and so much more I haven’t tried yet. I’ve been going for 6 months now and I’m excited to have finally found a gym I like after trying a bunch. Thank you! :)”

“This gym is fantastic. Everything is clean and organized, and the intimate mat room is decorated with the lineage and history of jiu jitsu. I will become a regular this year and have already recommended it publicly. The price/value is beyond fair and the community is one of integrity and honor. Highly recommended.”

“Joined a few weeks back and first impressions are important. I do adult fitness classes. These are exactly what I need. Scalable, tried and trusted activities, and great guidance from instructors. Facility is clean and organized. Nothing flashy and overly trendy...it's a very functional gym where you can complete workouts...what I want! Price is right and the owner is extremely responsive and accessible. Chain facilities have their place, but this is what I chose to continue my health journey.”

“I’ve been training with Frank for almost a year and recently switched to an online format due to recent events. I can honestly say that Frank is just as motivating on a computer screen as he is in person. He works and adapts to the equipment I have and comes up with really creative solutions. I am able to keep chugging along thanks this. While I can’t wait to get back in the gym, I’m still on track. Thank you so much!!!”

“There are great vending machines in the front of the field house that take credit cards and Apple Pay. Good to know for clinics and sporting events. Also a Starbucks coffee machine.”

“For us women who get anxiety about going to the gym, this place is perfect. Lots of space with minimal clientele. All the equipment you need including TRX. Work on yourself without the anxiety that most gyms bring.”

“I liked trying out Planet Fitness for the first time and found it to be pretty good. The facility is clean and organized, well-lit, and fairly straight forward. One weird thing though, is there are a lot of big screen TVs, and the propaganda and commercials feel like brainwashing. Ads for burgers and the like is just ... Wrong? Mean? Hilarious? Lol maybe it's just me, but I could do without all the TVs .”

“This is Lehigh University gym, unfortunately the old facility and equipments make it old fashioned compare to other places. But the atmosphere is great plus it's kinda private for only students, faculty and staffs who are affiliated with Lehigh University. Over all I prefer to use this one rather than going to a public gym.”

“Pros - supirior equipment and large space.Cons - lack of gym etiquette to many people playing on their phones and not using the equipment they are on.. using it as their personal couch.”

“I’ve been a member of Maxx for over 4 years, and it’s the gym I keep coming back to despite having tried a lot of gyms throughout the area. There’s lots of space, which is huge for me, and about all the equipment and machines I need. Employees have always been nice, they say hi and bye to you when you come in and leave. You don’t feel like you’re bothering them if you need them for something. Cancelling or pausing your membership is easy, idk what all these people are talking about with the account issues. Just go to the counter and pause/cancel your membership. I’ve never had a problem doing this. With all that said, I do have some personal gripes about what could improve. When I first joined, the gym felt very premium. The Kidz club (the gym daycare) was full of kids and the gym was full of parents/working professionals using the kidz club to get a workout in. All the amenities were inviting and new looking. During covid and post covid, a lot of the amenities either fell to disrepair or just never came back. Thing is though, Maxx is a great gym even without those amenities, but to me it’s just sad seeing advertisements or signs for something that I never see being used or that is in disrepair. My kids used to use the kidz club until COVID hit, and that room has been dark and seemingly turned into a closet ever since.Benches with spotter arms. I like to push close to failure and I almost always workout solo. I don’t like bothering people to spot me and doing the no-clips on my barbell generally ends up in my having to shove the plates back on my barbell after a set. Just get some quality benches with spotter arms please.Better trap bars and a dedicated deadlift area. I can tell by the “no-chalk” signs that this isn’t the most powerlifting friendly gym, and that’s ok, but deadlifts are a pretty common exercise in many routines. There’s an empty area, at least in my gym, that I do deadlifts in, but the same area is also where people do box jumps and battle ropes. Deadlifts are one of the main movements and an upgraded trap bar and adding a deadlift platform would be awesome.More consistent hours. During the weekdays, the 4am open to 10pm close is perfect. But I like to stay on routine and it always throws me off knowing I can’t wake up early and go to the gym on Saturday (7am open) or make up for a missed workout on a Friday evening (9pm close.)Overall, Maxx is a great bang for buck. You really have everything you need here, the equipment is good quality, and there’s lots of room, friendly staff, and a good clientele too. Really for the price, it’s solid overall.”

“The gym is pretty small compared to others in the area but is never crowded. They have all the basics you need to workout just nothing fancy, but I’m happy with that for the price. The staff is always friendly. My only complaint is if you guys can please get more pins for the weight stacks on the machines some of them don’t have one and you have to take it from another machine. They are very cheap to replace.”
