“Very friendly ATM, conveniently located near the subway stop, and just outside of a Citizens bank in downtown Pittsburgh. I've only ever had one issue with a check deposit at this location, but it was totally my fault when confirming the check amount. Citizens did resolve the issue swiftly. This ATM is pretty good at it's job. Area is public, well lit and safe.”

“This bank is one of the best ones in Pittsburgh the reason why that is because of the customer service. It's like banking back in the day when your back used to care. They know all their customers by name and they always greet them with joy. I actually look forward to going into the bank because of them. The bank itself it's great to. I have tried PNC they have a bunch of attitude. Citizens Bank never stays in the same place because they're all over the place because nobody wants them around. I have moved, changed bank accounts, and changed my monthly payment amount throughout the last year, and through every change, the staff has been very helpful, polite, and provided great customer service through this. The website is not totally user friendly but whenever I have called and asked for help, an employee is always able to answer my questions.”
