Oznur Silverstein was very kind and helpful to finally get this done correctly. I would give them higher stars but while we were in the office with her another young man banker opened the door, while she was on the phone, and asked her if she was busy with anything important. He could certainly learn a little professionalism.”

“Looks as if someone got fired here about 7 months ago and went on a Google review rant with friends and family. This bank is very convenient for many folks who live in this area. It has it’s busy times but is very convenient which outweighs the wait most times. If it looks too busy and I’m heading north on 88, to 51 via Baptist Rd, or toward SHV, I have three other PNCs to consider. Staff has always been very friendly and patient. Our family takes advantage of several services originated here.”
