If you need something handled ; it's always nice to know there's someone in your local community YMCA that actually cares. ASK FOR HIM Not only did he make me feel heard but he did something about it! Get that man a raise! Beautiful attitude. Wonderful customer service and Energy! Such a wonderful gym to be a part of. “Customer service is excellent! I feel that the front desk staff is happy that we made it to gym that day! I even got a happy birthday wish and a free smoothie. Zumba classes are truly awesome with loads of energy and enthusiasm. I wish they had water fountains. The place is super clean and well maintained. The staff go out of their way to help us.”
