The female staff member was nice. Unfortunately, when I received my overnight package (which contains a LIVE animal), it had puncture marks on both sides of the animals box! See pictures! Ridiculous! Drivers need to have more care than this!!!

The worst shipment facility ever! They have failed to deliver twice for the same shipment, while I was waiting for my package at home. Terrible management! Irresponsible! Will NEVER use it again. I would give it negative star review if I could.

The app sucks. You have to put a desperate hold for everything. They don’t help with deliveries at all. They don’t follow instructions and their customer service is useless.

Had a packaged shipped to me, came through this facility, and sat there for over a week. Reached out to FedEx on multiple occasions through the week and was unable to get any answers on why it was delayed. Not, over a week later, it is being returned to shipper as damaged. The agent I spoke to on the phone today told me that "FedEx was trying to contact the shipper about the package all week", yet no one was able to tell me this? Then when I request to speak to someone higher to try to figure out what is going on, they refuse to let me and refuse to tell me anything. Customer service? What's that? Surely nothing that FedEx understands.

I was sitting outside waiting for my package to arrive since it was getting close to the end of the delivery window and I seen the truck and they looked at me and turned the opposite way then went online to see delivery exemption that customer was not available I called customer service and they said they would call the driver to have them redeliver it but it is quite clear the FedEx sucks at trying to deliver packages your better of just picking it up at their terminal than having a driver deliver it to you I'm never using FedEx again my experience in the past week has been the utmost horrible experience with a delivery service.

FedEx said they tried to deliver but no one home! We were home and they never left a door tag. Tried calling them and could never get to a real person to explain, just computers :( VERY DISSATISFIED

The drivers here at FedEx do not ring your doorbell or knock. I have been waiting on a super important package and they left a sticky note on my door saying I was unreachable and then went back to their van. My delivery was on a Friday so now I have to wait another 3 days to get my package. Sounds like this driver just wanted to be done for the day and doesn't care. My Xfinity camera notified me there was somebody on my front porch but by the time I got to the door they were already in their van. (Took me less than 15 seconds)Pictured: sitting in their van ignoring me after they "couldn't reach me"

Tracked my shipping apparently they steal packages I've had two of my devices stolen in a weeks span. They're horrible about getting back to anyone within a timely manner to address and handle. I would give 0 stars if I could and potentially considering filing a police report,

worst service I've even received from a shipping company. They lie,lie,lie. I waited all day for the delivery because they needed a signature. they are a no show but I received a message that " the customer was unavailable ". Same thing the next day. I call customer service and explain that they never came to my house. I gave directions...although a gps will find my house easily. I live in an easily found development. Called a second time and was told they would call me. Now I get a message that "Shipment Refused by Recipient." They never came to my house! Now the package is being sent back to shipper. The really sad thing is that I went thru a similar problem with Fed ex 6 months ago.How can a company be this bad??

Horrible delivery experience. Never had an issue until recently (1/26/2022). One of the delivery drivers from this FedEx shipping center delivered my package to someone else’s address and I still haven’t received any information on it since filing a claim and it’s the 8th of February. Seems like they just threw my package at someone’s porch like it was trash instead of placing it in the mailbox. Picture attachment is my proof. I DO NOT recommend.

In the past week or so I've had 2 deliveries & they left by my mailbox the 1 was a envelope it was very lite so when the wind blew it right out onto our busy street I can't believe it didn't get squashed by a automobile,if it wasn't for my neighbor seeing it I would never knew it was there . I've received packages before & the driver always put them by our side doors with no issues, apparently the other drivers don't care how they put packages.This is very unacceptable from a highly regarded company in the delivery service

This place needs to figure out their tracking and delivery dilemma. 2 times now, within a couple months, tracking showed "on truck for delivery" in the morning. Then later in the day I get an email " delivery attempt was made but a resident security risk was present, will try delivery again next business day". I was home both times all day.....
