Had a medical emergency on 05/14/2022 while FedEx Ground was delivering a package to me in Dalmatia, PA. The driver, LaQuan, (don't know correct spelling) witnessed my fall. The female staff member was nice. Unfortunately, when I received my overnight package (which contains a LIVE animal), it had puncture marks on both sides of the animals box! See pictures! Ridiculous! Drivers need to have more care than this!!!
