They made it feel very welcoming as they had placed a small brown bag in my storage unit that contained an informational pamphlet that provided answers to any question that I could imagine, a contact info card and the brand new padlock for my storage unit. The lock itself was in one of those impossible to open clamshell plastic packages — it opened with ease as they had already cut off the one side of the package. (Applause!)”
