Before I could mention it they were getting down a runner to respect my hardwood floors. They were careful with my things, and were also fun guys I could really get along with too! They were so fast, I was a bit sad when it was over. If I move again I will request this team.”

“Was trying to get a second unit at the same facility that I already have one. However, the facility location where I have a unit, the office is only open Tue and Thr, so I went to another location in the same town, but they'd already closed for the day (Sat.). I really needed a unit and couldn't wait until Monday to get one, so I called and spoke to someone at, what I can only assume, was a more corporate location, and they were able to do everything for me right over the phone! It was quick and easy and I was able to not only get the new unit, but access it instantly!”

“Great place! Had a storage unit & stored a trailer in the yard. The staff was very helpful and informed me of any issues with my trailer when the smoke alarm went off due the me forgetting to pull out the battery. Thanks again for keeping an eye out for my stuff and the trailer. Will definitely recommend & wouldn’t hesitate to use them again if needed.”

“I called early in the morning and left a message to get rates and find out if any units were available. He called me back within a few hours. He held a couple of units for me until I could get there after loading my truck. Was very friendly. The process didn't take to long and soon I was able to unload into the units. The storage location is outside of town a ways but I have not had any problems since storing my stuff there. Units were clean and close to each other.”

“My daughter was coming home from college and she had more stuff than she went with so we had to rent a uhaul. We ended up getting home later than expected. Shawna was very helpful with picking up the van that we rented and made picking it up and delivering it back so easy. She remembered who I was and she had great customer service. And Little did we know that my daughter had so much stuff that it was too much for it to fit in the house. Again Shawna helped us to store her stuff in a storage unit. Overall I say that Shawna went above and beyond as a costumer service provider!!!!”

“Given the number of poor reviews lately, I should specify that my move was handled from the Allentown PA location. The cost was competitive and the location manager, the salesman (Josh), the finance person (Jeanine), and the movers were all cooperative and responsive. A lot of medical equipment and supplies had to be moved, and timing was important; I got excellent care for all special requests. I might also mention that of the 6 moving companies I talked to, only O'Briens sent a person to do an actual physical inventory; the others just had me recite what needed to be moved over the phone. When it came to the actual move, it was an outstandingly good experience. Jake, Omar and Emily were not only efficient, capable, and worked like demons but they also were polite, warm, pleasant, friendly and incredibly helpful whenever the odd glitch came up. Having the same crew for packing, loading, transport and unloading was just great. Such a smooth experience. Thanks to all!”
