“I had to move out quickly. I looked up Storage Spaces. The very first person I spoke with was so kind and patient. Seeing that I had to do this move alone. Then I could not get my lock locked. So the next person I called, walked me through it. Super nice and patent. And down to the last day I spoke to cancel it. So nice and friendly. The place was clean. And once I figured out how to use m code, access was super easy. I will be sure to use this storage facility again.”
“I came in for the first time in years and was greeted by Jen, the manager and she remembered me from almost a decade earlier. She was extremely professional and polite. She provided various options on payment and recommendations on unit sizes and needs. She provided outstanding customer service with a positive attitude, she was so nice and patient by showing units on the first and second floors with a big smile.With so many national chain & big block named storage facilities to choose from, its obvious why Storage Express is the best in the Pittsburgh market (western Pennsylvania) by the type of care and service provided to the customer most likely led by their on hands Private Owner that I happened to meet as well before named Steve. He must have a mission statement of fundamental Core Values for his team and they certainly let them shine through the onboarding process.I have been to a few other of their locations over the years helping my friends move in and out from Divorces and such...lol I would imagine every location would be graded with a 5 out of 5 positive Stars if they are ran like Jens location in Etna, which is right across the river from PGH's Historic Lawrenceville neighborhood where I reside. If anyone knows Lawrenceville they would agree that our city streets are impossible to host a trailer so I was very happy find out they now have a well secured lot with a highlined fence w/ an access controlled security gate that allows me ingress & egress of the perimeter while under constant CCTV Surveillance piped back to the 50+ cameras you can see behind the main counter on their large screen video wall monitors....Thank you again Jen for your professionalism and your excellent customer service talking "Nerd Tech Video" stuff with myself... 5 STARS ALL THE WAY! THANK YOU AGAIN for parking my trailer so I get no more City of PGH Tickets! lol ???❤️”

“Brandy & Alexis are very friendy and helpful at the Bridgeville, PA location. The location is very clean and easy accessible. I rented this space because my Mother, a Senior, needs more storage. Her Senior Apt. Bldg has removed all of the storage in the building. I called (online) Extra Storage Space and was quoted a monthly price of $35.00 with a senior discount. I prepaid for 3 months.In May, the price went up to $70.00. Why? Seniors are on a limited income and 5 other Seniors have rented a space at the same location.Seniors should have a special locked in rate. I would have pre paid for a whole year @ $35.00 per month.The online Representatives gave different information than the Building Representatives.”
“Rider, who signed us up for a 10’x16’ unit was professional, accommodating and room time to show us a few options for our very specific storage space needs. We like that the building is always staffed during hours of operation and has limited access at night so we know nothing unsafe will happen. And their prices are more reasonable the. other storage services in this area. Would recommend this brand new location to anyone with storage needs.”

“We used Carnegie Storage for about 18 months. The owner will email you reminders of rent due which is helpful. We provided a 30 day notice when ready to end our rental agreement and had no issues with leaving. Would recommend Carnegie Storage to anyone that needs short term or long term storage in the Carnegie area.”

“If you need some storage and even at the last-minute this place is a great option. I’m working for a company and needed last minute storage; I’m talking same day ordeal. The phone call took 15 minutes or maybe even less. I researched the closest facility and reached out. Super simple, not the longest wait and the woman on the phone was great with communication and explanation. Everything was squared away very quickly, and I was sent all the information on how to get started and when. The directions were simple, and I had everything done in no time at all. I was in and out. If you need some space, I’m sure they can find a good fit for you for a relatively good price. I believe I’ve gotten one of their smallest storage units, wonderful my needs and a great fix.”

Very knowledgeable and friendly an asset to your company.However, I had to downsize because of the prices going up every 6 months. The company draws you in by offering incentives and then BAM, they raise the rates. Started 4 years ago at $125 a month for the large unit, now I would be paying in May $272.00. Way to go Compass you are going to price yourself right out of business !!!”

“I have found Guardian Storage in Bridgeville to be an excellent location to store household items in clean, climate-controlled lockers. I especially like the easy access off Rt 50 (Washington Pike) and the electric outlets in the hallways to test items or provide additional lighting. I've always found the representatives at the front desk helpful when I infrequently need help.”

“From start to finish this site has been wonderful. Its drive in covered loading area is a must with the Pittsburg weather conditions. The staff is very helpful, return calls promptly and notify you if there are any issues, holiday changes, etc. The facility is clean, dry and no rodent activity. I would never go anywhere else.”
