“Not sure what all the bad reviews are about for this CVS. We moved from the Route 30 CVS to this CVS due to poor customer service. Been here for 3-4+ years, the folks (pharmacy) here are easy to work with. I recall, once I had a COVID vaccine appt in 2019 but they were closed when I arrived due to illness. Yes, they are short on staff, and many new faces, like most places. 9/10 times our prescriptions are ready to pickup. Agree with the comments on the automated system... AI is taking over!!”

“I LOVE this Sheetz! The staff are so nice and helpful. But Cynthia goes FAR FAR over and BEYOND. She remembers my order preference even though I can't add it on the app. And she writes me notes to have a good day. She's the best!!”
