“Saturday, we attempted to make a purchase online and there was an issue with the delivery charges not registering. We decided to visit the Exton Outlet store on Sunday. Unfortunately, the store closed at 6pm and we were in the area around 5:45pm. I decided to call to see if they would make an exception. The associate said they couldn't since they were closing in a few minutes, and we would have to come back tomorrow. A few minutes later I received a call back from the store manager saying she would be happy to make an exception and would allow us to come in and test some Mattress so we could make our purchase. One hour after hours the Manager allowed us to make our purchase and was nothing but helpful. We weren't rushed even though it was after hours. She gave great advice and helped us finalize our new purchase of a Dining set, Mattress, Pillows, and a new sectional. 100% with the customer service we received and excited for our new furniture to arrive! Thank You So Much!!”

“We purchased a new home earlier this year that had a combined family, dining, and kitchen space and were unsure where to start with putting together a cohesive design plan. We had spent an entire day picking out a dining room table and didn’t know how to build around it. We met Rylie Roberts at Ethan Allen and explained our situation. She asked a lot of questions to get a feel for our likes and dislikes and then crafted an entire floor plan to pull the space together. She walked us through all of the different choices and listened patiently to our reaction and suggested alternatives. She even offered additional appointments so that we could get comfortable will all of the selections which we took her up on.
We felt confident with her design and moved forward by placing the order. The process was seamless and she worked with us on the timing of our new construction so that we could ensure delivery soon after we settled. She communicated with us frequently to keep us up to date on the status. The result is exactly what we were looking for and balances comfort and style. She visited our home to see everything in the space and helped make adjustments and suggestions for the future.
I cannot overstate the peace of mind we had in entrusting her with the most important space in our house. Rylie was personable, professional, patient, and has a keen ear for listening and an eye for design. We were so impressed with her work that we engaged her services for additional rooms. “We were immediately greeted by friendly staff. After our early appointment was cancelled due to a power outage, we took our chances to just walk in browse the dresses after having lunch at Terrain. Alison gladly made time for our group, was friendly, courteous, and discussed the overall plan for trying on dresses with enthusiasm and having the bride-to-be as the main focus. She read the room very well, helping narrow the focus and ultimately led to a successful dress buying experience. The prices and quality were great. Other staff chimed in so nicely, peeking around the corner, smiling and were kind and encouraging, giving compliments to our bride to be. I really enjoyed the afternoon at Anthropologie Weddings. “This store in a sentence: how the upscale moneyed set looks like they're outdoorsy without actually being outdoorsy. Or: decor, gear and outfits for entertaining at the "cabin" in the Berkshires. Tucked into a shopping center off busy Lancaster Ave/ US -30 in Paoli sits Trove General Store. It's a beautifully merchandised, well laid out store featuring warm brown tones against cool gray, some "vintage" style accents, mix of clothing, decor and housewares. None of this is "general store" unless you've got a cozy 6 bedroom cabin or a chalet at Aspen. You want to look outdoorsy without being outdoorsy- catered clamping is roughing it. Everything is lovely, and $55 is a sale price for a shirt. Three melamine stacking trays in different sizes will run you $85. Spotted a thick book on how to go camping that will not help you go camping but will look great on a shelf or a side table. Expensive, tasteful, fun to visit. I am not their customer.”
