“I went to the Exton Mall location to browse and was immediately greeted by the two people working. They were so friendly and welcoming. I ended up buying a hoodie and was talking to the tall blonde (I think?) guy working. He was just so sweet. I was saying how my daughter and I would be sharing the hoodie I was buying, and he told me his mom had lost weight and that she wears some of his shirts. He just seemed so proud of her and the way he spoke of her gave me the warm fuzzies. I had been running around like crazy all day trying to find all of the accessories for my daughter's first dance and was tired and stressed. I'm so glad I decided to drop in for a quick look because I left with a smile on my face. I'll be back (because I love hot topic) and hopefully he's working! ?”

“You can judge a store when you have gone through a complex tangled mess with them, and still have a good experience. I bought a highly coveted patagonia jacket from their online store, but the last jacket in size M had been sold on the floor right as I purchased it online. After using the wrong credit card, a new jacket in size L, two credit card charges that couldn't be refunded -- I have to say they were incredibly professional and responsive. The least I can do is write a glowing review because not every store has good customer service, that are able to follow the tangled thread that ended up with my purchase and still leave a good impression on me. I will be shopping here online again.”

“I had the most incredible experience shopping at Malena's Vintage Boutique for the first time on 8/16/22. The boutique is charming, well lit, beautifully organized, and staffed by absolutely wonderful people.The quality of customer service is second to none, as staff are extremely attentive and personable without being even a touch overbearing. As I walked around the store collecting items I wanted to try on, my items were taken to a separate rack so I could continue unencumbered. One employee was so lovely that she noticed a pattern in the clothes I was picking up and showed me other pieces I may be interested in. I was also made aware that should I struggle to find what I am looking for, staff will happily go in the back to check the undisplayed items for something I might like. One of the best things about the boutique is how fairly priced everything is. Customers with a variety of budgets are bound to find a piece or two they absolutely love. At the end of my visit, there was some confusion with the price of a stunning Italian wool cardigan I wanted to buy. The owner was beyond generous when confirming the final amount when she had every right to charge more for such a high quality piece. Suffice it to say that I am now committed to returning to Malena’s Vintage Boutique every season and I could not recommend this place more.”

Here you will find great people and a fun store with reasonable prices for fashionable clothing, hip accessories and must-have candles, chocolates, and unique housewares. Not only are they a local business worth supporting, but they themselves go out of their way to source cool items from other local providers. Oh, and did I mention the sewing?! They have super popular sewing classes and camps. If I could give them ten stars, I would!!”

“Nova is the best! I ordered pants online and when they arrived, found out they didn’t fit correctly. I made the mistake of not emailing to return immediately and by the time I got around to it, my return window had closed. I reached out to customer service, who said there was nothing they could do. As a last effort I visited the the exton store and spoke to Nova. She said she could provide store credit and then helped me get the right size and type of replacement pants, even ordering them for me online. Could not have been a better experience.
