“Great shop with great employees. Worth the drive. Staff was nice and welcoming the moment we walked in the door. Prices were great too, with a huge inventory of clothing and accessories for kids and babies. Kids up to a size 14. Toys and shoes too. Everything was very organized and on hangers, so made it super easy to shop. You can also sell too. Very clean and quality items. Got a really good deal! Plan on returning.”

“Orchestra has a good assortment of children's clothes in a wide price range but I tend to stick to the clearance section and always score some goodies. I've only ever purchased items from the baby section so I can't speak for the rest of the store. They have adorable coats, crib shoes, and accessories. If you sign up for their membership (about $10), you get a deep discount on each item. I believe this store is inspired by French fashion so there are many unique pieces made of good materials. I tend to skip the regular-priced items because they seem very overpriced unless something absolutely calls my attention. The employees are very sweet and helpful which is always refreshing at this mall. They're eager to assist but give you breathing room to shop. Great combo!”

Back I went to journeys where Ricky not only showed me some sick new vans, he ordered the vans I was so desperately looking for, all with a warm smile and amazing attitude, 10/10 service.”

Don't really like that policy. You can order online and have it shipped to the store. I think they need to have parking outside for pregnant moms.”

“First off I want to Thank Lauren S. for EVERYTHING that she did for me!! I ordered my stuff online for it to be delivered to my house, however, it got lost in transit like most of our orders so when I called customer service they gave me 20% off cuz I shopped on cyber Mon then I had to place the order again online for curbside pickup, which was a bit of a headache since they didn’t have everything that I wanted. Customer service said that I had to place the order online in order to get the extra 50% off for all of the aggravation! Which in the end would’ve worked out! When I got to the Exton store Lauren S. helped me out right away with helping me to find the rest of my order and then helped me again with looking for everything else that I wanted! She went way out of her way to be there for me! I looked around by myself for a little cuz I wanted to grab a couple of other items and she kept checking on me, asking me if I needed any help or if I had any questions! Not only that, at the end when I was ready to check out she hopped right onto a register and got me 64% off of my entire order!! I made out so well that I actually felt like a weight was lifted off of my shoulders and I could actually enjoy my holiday now!! Thank you for everything Lauren S., I really really appreciate EVERYTHING that you did for me today! For going above and beyond everything and making sure that I had a great experience with Old Navy!! You’re the best!!”

I went in expecting the worst from all of the negative comments, but alas I was pleasantly surprised! “Excellent first impression of the store. The staff aren't there to welcome you - I don't recall them ever doing so. Everything is spotless and really roomy. In public or in changing rooms, I have never witnessed clothing being flung on the ground. Simply because of the unitending personnel, I choose to give a four-star review. Although I recognize that they are probably preoccupied with something else, a grin or greeting wouldn't hurt. The changing areas are unclear. I'm never sure if I'm permitted to enter or not. Many people have questioned me about whether or not the changing room is open. Other than that, it's a decent place that isn't very busy.”
“Occasions was my third dress shop/boutique to visit for my son's wedding in December. I can not speak highly enough about how wonderful my experience was there!! Susanna, our sales assistant, was beyond delightful, helpful, honest and enjoyable to work with!!! There was no sense of over the top pressure to purchase something as is the case in every other store that we were in. She also left my friend and I plenty of space to try a dress on and have our own discussions and comments on what we thought about each dress. I found a beautiful dress that I am thrilled with and can't wait to wear!She made it such a fun experience that I returned the following day and purchased two other dresses from the sale room that I can wear to other functions we have this fall!”
