“I stopped in to this store at approximately 6:30 pm tonight, 8 July, 2025, during a thunderstorm, unaware they were closed. I asked if they fixed punctured tires and the gentleman behind the counter told me they were closed. However, when I expressed y dismay, he asked me which tire and if I could see the screw. I told him it was the driver side front. I told me to pull around to an open bay and he would take a look. He sprayed some soapy water on the tire and saw the screw. He pulled it out and saw that there was a leak even though it was a small screw. He then plugged it and aired up my tire. I can't remember his name, I think he said Pete. He was a heavy set man with a beard. I just want to say thank you for helping me after you were closed. He didn't charge me all he asked was for me to leave a Google Review. I told him I would gladly write a review.”

“I've not had to replace any of my windows but would definitely try them out for it based on the quality of work they do for paintless dent removal. I remember being sick to my stomach the first time my brand new car got a ding... a friend told me about Carisma and I have been super pleased with them. “This location is my go to for my giulia quadrafoglio.
I had been bringing my car to another dealership but was getting the run around on persistent issues for 2+ years and they were trying to take advantage of me whenever possible with extra charges + horrific customer service.
This location worked with Alfa directly to quickly resolve the core issues the other dealership refused to acknowledge. Huge shoutout to Rocco and his crew in service, he is great to work with and you can tell he cares about his customers. All around a great experience, fair prices, and excellent customer support.
Normally I don’t let dealerships wash my car because I’m afraid of damage due from automated car wash etc… they hand wash and did a great job cleaning the car up after I had brought it in very grimey.”

“I bought a used 2000 Jaguar XK8 and, after researching the most common potential problems with the car (and there are a few), decided to have them all addressed as quickly as possible. Cloverleaf was recommended, and their proximity and obvious expertise made my decision for me. The car was there for about two weeks, and Ralph's communication with me during that period was consistent and greatly appreciated. When I picked the car up, it's condition was what I had hoped for, and I'm very pleased. It was expensive (a lot of work involved), but their prices are fair and their work is excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone driving either a classic or modern European car.”
