I have moved to another state Florida where there are no Citadel banks but I choose to keep my accounts because they really go out of their way to help in anyway they can. After talking it through, it was definitely the best option for my situation, and I appreciated her looking out for me and mentioning it without me asking. Wonderful service, and 5 stars for Vicky!”
