I stopped using USPS for most non-letter-size mailings and use this store particularly, because they have NEVER lost a package, and packages always arrive on time or early. The owner and her staff are friendly, accommodating, and cheerful, and possess all the small town goodness and professionalism I need to expect when I'm entrusting my valuable packages to a shipping company. “Quick in and out to get supplies. My only complaint is to constatly needing to price match. When the cashier asks " who are we price matching?" I say "You" Online price for the ink I need is $5 cheaper than in the store. So I pay online and a associate needs to pull my order and have it ready for me.....that is cheaper vs myself pulling what I want and going to the cashier. smh.”

“Shoutout to Steve at the Etters post office!!!
He really went above and beyond. Earlier this week my @littlesleepies CARS pajamas for Cole were delivered to the wrong address. I contacted USPS and LS. Within hours I heard back from both. Steve at the post office took ownership to get my package delievered to me asap. He went out to the property it was delievered to multipe times, left notes for the homeowners to contact him. The people never reached out to him and weren't answering the door. I thought we would just be out these jammies (I know, 1st world problems) but because of Steve's determination he finally got the homeowners to answer and provide the package that they opened and looked through ?. And he took it back to the office, packaged it back up and made sure it was hand delivered to my door next business day. Shoutout to LS for making it right as well. Good customer service all around!

“The communication was excellent! From the moment I ordered the Horizon treadmill, I received texts confirming all details of the transaction in my inbox. This was followed up with information about the delivery process. Within 48 hours after the purchase, my treadmill arrived at a location near me from which it could be picked up and delivered to my house. 48 hours after that the delivery date and time was scheduled. On the day of delivery I was contacted by telephone and promise a 4 hour window of delivery. Later that morning I was told the delivery could be made an hour earlier than promised if that worked for me. I agreed and the crew (2 gentlemen) arrived on time. The gentlemen were very professional, very courteous, swiftly assembled the treadmill on site and set it up in my house in the place I selected. After the treadmill assembly was completed, the gentlemen showed me how to work the treadmill and made sure I understood the controls and that everything was in proper working order. The job was completed expeditiously and all packing equipment and materials were removed by the delivery crew as promised. This was simply one of the best delivery experiences I have ever had and I’ve ordered a lot of merchandise over the last 50 years. 5 stars (more if permitted!) for such a terrific job by the two gentlemen who made the delivery at my home that day. For a small post office they take care of the customers. Should shut down the Middletown town dump or get this gentleman down there so he can show folks how a business is run correctly.”

“I love how everyone whose pkg was delayed has to come to google and yelp to whine about it. Lol. I work for UPS and we have stuff that falls through the cracks, so to speak, as well. The entire country is full of people who are completely spoiled and entitled frame of mind .. the three big carriers deliver millions upon millions of packages on time everyday. So you had to wait an extra day or even a week for your stuff that you lived your whole life so far without and now it’s the end of the world. Oh, your stuff got broken ? . Well thankfully there’s a guy in China’s factory making more stuff right now and there’s a warehouse in Cali or NJ that has a hundred more ready to ship. FedEx does a fantastic job as do we and the usps. In my experience of years on the inside of UPS most of your delays are actually caused by your shipper or another shipper doing a really horrible job of packing your stuff. Amazon ships thousands of packages with laundry detergent everyday with loose cap and then it damages 20 packages riding in our trucks leaking all over everything. That’s just one example.
It’s just stuff people! Half the planet is struggling to find a clean drink of water and a bowl of rice!
