“The communication was excellent! From the moment I ordered the Horizon treadmill, I received texts confirming all details of the transaction in my inbox. This was followed up with information about the delivery process. Within 48 hours after the purchase, my treadmill arrived at a location near me from which it could be picked up and delivered to my house. 48 hours after that the delivery date and time was scheduled. On the day of delivery I was contacted by telephone and promise a 4 hour window of delivery. Later that morning I was told the delivery could be made an hour earlier than promised if that worked for me. I agreed and the crew (2 gentlemen) arrived on time. The gentlemen were very professional, very courteous, swiftly assembled the treadmill on site and set it up in my house in the place I selected. After the treadmill assembly was completed, the gentlemen showed me how to work the treadmill and made sure I understood the controls and that everything was in proper working order. The job was completed expeditiously and all packing equipment and materials were removed by the delivery crew as promised. This was simply one of the best delivery experiences I have ever had and I’ve ordered a lot of merchandise over the last 50 years. 5 stars (more if permitted!) for such a terrific job by the two gentlemen who made the delivery at my home that day. “Clean efficient place. Tip - have your stuff ready to go when you get there - use a good quality corrugated cardboard box and keep your stuff from moving in the box by, for example, stuffing crumpled newspaper under, beside & over your item. Write the final address on a paper to place inside in case the front lable gets ripped. Use either clear or reinforced packing tape over the main flap and all edges. Have the address ready when you get to the counter and be prepared to pay a lot if you want it delivered super quickly (take the standard delivery time and add a day to predict when it will get there). Slow lines here are caused by confused customers, not the staff.”

“I mail out packages 3 to 4 times a week and for the last 5 years in the area this post office is top notch. The gentleman in charge now is always courteous and friendly. For a small post office they take care of the customers. Should shut down the Middletown town dump or get this gentleman down there so he can show folks how a business is run correctly.”

“I ran 45 minutes to pick up a shipment that was supposed to be in Harrisburg yesterday and was told that it accidentally ended up shipped to Allentown but would be here today. Today I was called to let me know that it again was not shipped from Allentown to Harrisburg and is still there even though it says it's going to be delivered to our house today. Obviously that isn't happening... Am I happy, no.... BUT the one absolutely bright part of this entire mess has been the young lady I met when I first walked in to DHL to try to pick this delivery up. Her name is Jade and she is beyond an asset to this company! Without her and her willingness to go the extra ten miles figuring out where the package is, when she can get it here, calling me on the phone to update me etc... I just can NOT say enough about her! She IS the employee that every employer dreams of!! In today's world, it's hard to find conscientious people that want to give their best to people! This shipping situation has me upset because the timing was needed for my son's schedule but because of Jade and how much she's gone out of her way to make it right and actually care even though none of this is her fault has just floored me and honestly who could be anything but appreciative and nice to such a wonderful person! Thank you so much Jade for everything that you're doing to get this shipment to us as quickly as possible!!!”

“Had a medical emergency on 05/14/2022 while FedEx Ground was delivering a package to me in Dalmatia, PA. The driver, LaQuan, (don't know correct spelling) witnessed my fall. He called 911 for me and ran to a neighbor's house, at my request, to get their help. Not only did he do this, he also stayed until the neighbors, ambulance, and family members got here to make sure I was taken care of. This young man went above and beyond what he was required and I truly appreciate all his help.”
