Worst experience ever. They sent me the WRONG part and then told me the only way to reconcile was to return it to them and I have to PAY for return shipping OR they can give me store credit to buy something else that they can send me that is WRONG. Came to OMB Power for my first commercial mower. Maxwell was a ton of help thoroughly going over the Scags and helped me pick out which one would work best for me. Great service if you’re looking for mowers or Stihl equipment. I’ll definitely be back and recommend OMB to anyone!
