“If I can give them more then 5 stars I would!!!!!! I went in yesterday to switch sim card customer service messed up my whole account and didn't want to correct it thanks for Alexis and quin they helped me get my bill back to where it was supposed to be. Customer service acted like they didn't do anything wrong and they did. I was there for two hours to fix my account and all that for a simple switch of a sim card . But like I said I absolutely love this place I've been a customer forever and will always be but customer service better get it together”

He was extremely knowledgeable about all the current tech devices/issues/etc. He was very patient when my phone took an unexpected longer amount of time to transfer.
