“Very friendly and professional. Testing was quick. Results came back next day. Entrance was horrible. Must use your phone to scan code posted outside. Fill out information while outside. Unfortunately, I went on the coldest day of the year. There was a line, no one knew what to do. Door is locked. Called, woman said no waiting come in. When I didnt go in, someone came out, like 5 people in front of me, who didnt know what to do. Some phones did not register the code for scanning. She took them in to use their iPads. Other than the entrance, place is great.”
“Despite the fact you can never speak to a live person if you have a problem The five stars are because my mother went there, she usually has trouble with people getting blood out of her vein. She said the person who took care of her was wonderful.”
“Me and my sister originally had appointments in the Levittown lab, but they wouldn't take us and were very rude. Even though we had the paperwork to get it done, the lady was legit yelling at us as soon as we walked in saying the systems were down and we needed paperwork and had to wait. Given that me and my sister had only today to take off work, we really need our bloodwork done. Thankfully, we went to this lab and Heather and Vicki were absolutely tremendous in getting us in and out quickly! They even took my sister in to get her bloodwork done right after me, even though she didn't have an appointment until 1 today. They knew we went through a lot just to get there and they were super kind and friendly and made us laugh too. They are the best! I suggest requesting either one of them when you need an appointment at this Quest facility. Two nicest people you'll ever meet!”
“The young woman who drew the blood was excellent. Efficient smart and personable. She did her job well and efficiently. And she seemed to care very much for the patient. She was very impressive. I was in and out and probably about 4 and a 1/2 minutes and that is impressive.”
“Ended up here as a walk-in appointment after my scheduled appointment at another location didn't work out. Even as a walk-in at @9:30 in the morning, the nurse (Haley) was kind and prompt. I informed her I was there for the 3 hour glucose test, and she was very kind explaining what to expect as it is my first time. They also refrigerate the glucose drink, which for anyone who takes this test knows, that really helps you get it down without feeling nauseous. They also have a nice lounge to sit in for your 3 hour stay. I recommend this location to anyone who needs this test done.”
“I used to dread having to get blood work done because I would leave on the verge of passing out with 5 different needle marks from them trying to find a vein. I was referred to this location to see Linda and omg she’s the best ! She really knows what she’s doing and made me feel at ease… I didn't even feel her put the needle in. All the ladies there were super nice and I was in and out in 10 minutes (with an appointment).”
“The employees at Atlantic diagnostic laboratories were extremely friendly and let me in as soon as i rang the door bell. I was in and out within 5 minutes for my covid test. The first time i went for my covid test a few months ago there was a line to get tested but it was all very organized and went quickly. I strongly recommend going to Atlantic diagnostic laboratories for covid tests and or any lab test your doctor orders!”
“Alyssa had me at Hello! She is a consummate professional, plus so friendly and lovely and ready to help in every way. Even though it was close to closing for the the day, it seemed as though I was her first client, even though she had been at the job since 7 AM. Firstly, she helped me with the kiosk, and then she drew my blood with painless efficiency. I will not forget her…it was just a wonderful experience!”
“This was my second experience at the Columbus location. I have nothing but positive things to say about my experiences there. Friendly, efficient and didn’t laugh at me for my fear of needles ? of course when everything was finished I couldn’t believe that I was fearful. My nurse/tech was friendly, gentle, fast and efficient. This is the only location for me and my family!”
“Went online made an appointment needed results back fast. Once I arrived I waited in lobby for 3.5 minutes. Receptionist called me I checked in. Gave my samples I was there for a grand total of 12 minutes max. Got results the next day. ?”
“I usually go to the LabCorp in Delran. It’s much faster and I barely have to wait like I do when I go to Burlington. Not ghetto like the one in Burlington either. I just wish it was open on weekends. No complaints at all bout the LabCorp in Delran.”
“Great staff and friendly too (not that they have to be but it helps when you're getting jabbed with a needle). I have happily paid the toll from NJ to come to this location because they're efficient, the check-in is easy, and you can get out and on with your day. This location is in a half-dead shopping center, so parking is easy and it's right off route 13. Not far from 276 either. Today there was a slight issue with my doctors lab order. Rather than throw their hands in the air and tell me to take a hike, the employees here did an awesome job figuring out a solution. They saved me from having to go to another lab and ensured I'll always go over to Labcorp in Bristol for bloodwork, bridge tolls be damned.”
“Best place for molecular testing access to convenient and affordable for evryone.Well maintained lab with social distance and sanitizing properly. More over this people very friendly treating patients and took care of me wheen I was at there place.”
“There was a very long line to check in at 7am on Tues May 30th. There was only one single machine in the lobby, eight patients, and no human help. There were three elderly people who didn't know how to do the computerized check in procedure and needed assistance. We had to call a nurse out of the back to assist them as they were making everyone else late for their appointments. I suggest perhaps at least a receptionist to help in the busier times to assist people who don't understand computer scanning/QR codes, as it's certainly not their fault. You've got to do better in this way, Quest.
I also suggest making available a check in from the car. It would make it easier for me, since I wouldn't need the lobby machine at all.
The nurses and staff were wonderful, fast, very friendly, and excellent at their jobs. I would highly recommend, other than the lack of ability to handle simple check in procedures.”
“DEFINITELY RECOMMEND COMING HERE FOR BLOOD WORK! i have a history of medical professionals having extremely hard times finding my veins, traumatic experiences with other labcorps trying to draw blood by stabbing me NUMEROUS times. this place is clean, no waiting, quick, & Natalia who took care of me made me super comfortable & did an amazing job with drawing my blood all in one shot. 10/10 will always go to this labcorp to get blood work.”

“This is the most busiest Labcorp in Princeton/Trenton area. Still I could complete my blood work today in 15 to 20 min (Door in/out). Special thanks to Rivede Charles who helped with a smiling face and ensured things happen faster.”
“I booked a blood test online for 10 am ! I was seen at 10:03 - Natasha helped check me in and she was also the one who took my blood! I was extra nervous (as I am getting blood work every time) she reassured me that it wouldn’t hurt and it would be quick! And she was right ! I was in SHOCK that I did not feel a thing and it took, no lie, one whole minute. I strongly recommend asking for Natasha if you come here! Amazing.”

“These guys are great. I waited until the last minute to get a well tested on a property that I'm closing on in a few days from now. They said they would get me the results in time if I wanted their rush service. That was a no-brainer, so I said Yes. The results came in today with time to spare. I can breathe easier and am grateful these guys came through. I highly recommend them.”
