This place is truly a best-kept secret. I was pleasantly surprised by how long it has been there, and yet, I had just found out about it. The convenience is unparalleled – with no lines, minimal wait time, and the ability to schedule appointments online, it stands out as a hassle-free medical testing experience.But the highlight of my visit was undoubtedly the phlebotomist, Shay. From the moment I met her, Shay's pleasant attitude and demeanor were evident. She exuded professionalism and friendliness, making me feel at ease instantly. However, what really set Shay apart was her exceptional skill in blood drawing. I have had numerous blood tests in the past, but never have I encountered such a seamless and pain-free experience. I literally felt nothing during the procedure – no pinch, no pressure, nothing. “The employees at Atlantic diagnostic laboratories were extremely friendly and let me in as soon as i rang the door bell. I was in and out within 5 minutes for my covid test. The first time i went for my covid test a few months ago there was a line to get tested but it was all very organized and went quickly. I strongly recommend going to Atlantic diagnostic laboratories for covid tests and or any lab test your doctor orders!”

“Very friendly and professional. Testing was quick. Results came back next day. Entrance was horrible. Must use your phone to scan code posted outside. Fill out information while outside. Unfortunately, I went on the coldest day of the year. There was a line, no one knew what to do. Door is locked. Called, woman said no waiting come in. When I didnt go in, someone came out, like 5 people in front of me, who didnt know what to do. Some phones did not register the code for scanning. She took them in to use their iPads. Other than the entrance, place is great.”

“I usually absolutely LOVE this location and I don't go to any other location. I will still continue to go to this location because the phlebotomists are phenomenal!! However with that said, I'm annoyed that I was made to sign in, as a walk-in there for an appointment and wait (while someone was sitting at the front desk) to hand off a urine sample. I usually book my appointments online, I never walk in because I know from previous experience that that can be a lengthy wait. I was told I could just "drop off" the sample when given the materials to take home the previous day. To me, that means handing it to them and being on my merry way, not signing in as a walk in and then waiting for someone to open the door to hand them the sample. The person at the front desk isn't capable of receiving the sample? I really had to sign in and sit and wait for the phlebotomist to come out the same door and accept it and say, "thank you"? I don't understand, they literally just had to take it from my hands (all paperwork was in the packaging, which by the way, the person who did eventually receive the sample, never looked at or asked about the paperwork... literally took it from my hands and said thanks. Don't get me wrong, she was extremely friendly, very kind, the same phlebotomist that drew my blood and gave me the at home urine kit 24hrs previously. It is not her fault that the person at the desk didn't get off her butt and take the sample). Needless to say that I felt like my time was wasted, sitting there when the person at the front desk could have received the sample. Absolutely ridiculous. For this reason, I took one star away.”

“Went online made an appointment needed results back fast. Once I arrived I waited in lobby for 3.5 minutes. Receptionist called me I checked in. Gave my samples I was there for a grand total of 12 minutes max. Got results the next day. ?”

“I went to have blood drawn this morning and was extremely nervous. Making an appointment was easy as was signing in. I was early and brought in at my scheduled time. Tiffany drew my blood....again I was extremely nervous. She was so friendly, warm and put me at ease. She calmed my nerves and I did not even feel a thing. Cannot say enough about the experience and Tiffany was awesome!! Will definately go back there if I need lab work again.”

Every time I am there they are dealing with angry, impatient men that come in without appointments and curse at them. It is so disgusting that men speak to women like this. Last time a man even opened the door to laboratory and actually walked in to lab room while I was having blood drawn!”

“I had made an online appt and on my way to the lab, I got a message that my appt was cancelled. I decided to go anyway. Not to the fault of the employees, they were locked out of the lab and we were told it would be about 30 minutes for someone to arrive with a key. We waited. When the key arrived, the two staff members were VERY quick to get up and operational and help those who were waiting, and I'll also state that it was refreshing to see such cooperation from the patients. Everyone took turns and we were all in and out rather quickly. I just want to give a positive shout out to the staff during my most recent trip. You did great!”
“Great staff and friendly too (not that they have to be but it helps when you're getting jabbed with a needle). I have happily paid the toll from NJ to come to this location because they're efficient, the check-in is easy, and you can get out and on with your day. This location is in a half-dead shopping center, so parking is easy and it's right off route 13. Not far from 276 either. Today there was a slight issue with my doctors lab order. Rather than throw their hands in the air and tell me to take a hike, the employees here did an awesome job figuring out a solution. They saved me from having to go to another lab and ensured I'll always go over to Labcorp in Bristol for bloodwork, bridge tolls be damned.”
