They are always willing to work with me on my payment dates being I never know when I will have the full amount. It's one of our only local storage units and I got the last one he had available, I think I have had it 2 years now but I wouldn't change a thing. “I've never had a major issue here. They even cut off a lock for me when my key broke & I got a new lock for my unit. They're not always in the office, but if you call, they'll come right down. My only issue is that I never get my email invoices, so I never remember how far ahead or behind I am on the payment.”
