“By far this is the best storage unit business that I have dealt with. They were the cheapest and still are, but since they were bought out by Budget store & Lock they did up their prices by $20-$30. But they still are cheaper. Service is great and they have their new policies but they will work with you in these tough times. Very pleasant and positive atmosphere.”

“I have been a faithful tenant of Firehouse Storage since they opened in late 2022. I needed some extra space inside my home and had too much stuff. I was able to secure the first unit inside the building and know firsthand how wonderful the transformation was from the previous West End Fire Company to these now totally awesome storage units! The management is very attentive, easy-going & friendly. The building is clean and secure. The amenities are that you can re-claim space in your home and know your stuff is in good hands!!! The inside units are climate controlled. The viewing of the available units was by appointment, but no pressure involved. The lease signing was simplistic as well. 24/7 CAMERAS & monitoring with a locked entry door. The manager, Laura, was an absolute pleasure to work with & still is! When you need extra space in your home, it is so beneficial to be able to just store your stuff elsewhere! A TON of effort was put into this transformation & people should take advantage of the benefit of being able to get a unit here when no other storage unit facilities in a 15-mile range have any units available. I am thrilled to say I am a happy renter who will definitely stay for the long haul! Thank you for making this facility available to the residents of Palmerton!”

“I've never had a major issue here. They even cut off a lock for me when my key broke & I got a new lock for my unit. They're not always in the office, but if you call, they'll come right down. My only issue is that I never get my email invoices, so I never remember how far ahead or behind I am on the payment.”
