“9/11/2024 Update - CRV in for oil change & Tire rotation - drop off at 7:15 AM - service doesn't start till 7:30. Service confirmed my request and car driven to bay - From what I could see from where I was, keys were returned to service writer at about 8:35. Took until after 9 AM to finally pay for service -
Take note, they now charge you to pay by Credit Card but don't inform you on this until your paying for service - longest oil change I've ever experienced -
9/13/19 Update - SInce this event I have had 2 cars serviced, CRV and Civic - Both times the service was great, communication was excellent and we couldn't be happier with how everything was handled - Thanks to Bud (Service) and Rick for all of their help and diligence with getting the issues taken care of
On 5/20/2019 I brought my CRV in for oil change and tire rotation. Not the first time I have used your service as I have been bringing my car and my daughter’s car to you, and also, purchased her car from your Reading location.
Oil change was fine, but service rep said my tires were at 4/32 and he wouldn’t rotate them and I would probably need new tires to pass inspection.
Before he could say another word, I told him the tires were about 14 months old with about 22,000 miles on them so something is either wrong with his measurement tool or his tech doesn’t know how to read it. The tires are Michelin rated for 60,000 miles
I took my car back to where tires were purchased and in front of me, the manager used his digital tread depth gauge and all tires measured in at either 6/32 or 7/32”

He got me a loaner car at 7:45am Monday morning just in time so I could get to work.
