Accidentally ordered wrong door size online, very helpful and exchanging out for the correct size with my contractor. Unfortunately loaded the wrong side entry of door as replacement and contractor didn't know until he arrived at Our home. Inconvenience of returning and delaying work for the day.

They would not honor my father's military discount who was with me when we went to buy outdoor lights. They said he had to register at every Lowe's that we shopped at but also had to do it online and not in store. I find it disheartening that Lowe's would dishonor my father's military service.
