“Weinstein Supply stepped up when another Bathroom Supply Company dropped the ball on our Swanstone Walls and Shower Door and had the materials to us within 6 weeks. We had been waiting on the Swanstone Walls from the other company since the beginning of January 2021 and were told in July that Swanstone did not have the order and we would have to reorder at the current pricing. We cancelled that order and went with Weinstein. Rose is on the ball and answered all of our questions and went out of her way to make sure we had the best match for what we wanted. This is an awesome company and I would highly recommend them.”

“I stopped in yesterday at lunch to purchase a 3 prong converter. I went up and down the electrical aisle several times until I became frustrated and went to customer service. A gentleman asked me if I was there for a pickup. When I told him what I was looking for, he told me exactly where it was and then walked there with me to find it. I wish that I had gotten his name because I want to let you know how great a job he did.”

He explained the different types of rollers and which one he would use. I never knew how much difference it makes using a better roller. If you need help with a paint project talk to Tyler!!!”

“Went in looking for pet safe snow melt and shoe grips for ice and snow traction that I saw on their website(which was unclear about whether or not the shoe grips were in stock or not.)Turned out they weren't in stock after all, but one of the employees went with me back to the aisle I thought the item might be in to confirm for me that it was the correct location for the item and to help me double-check and make sure it definitely was not to be found (even after he checked the store inventory on his handheld beforehand and showed they had none on hand.)Furthermore, after I thanked him and ended up on the opposite side of the store to look into some heavy-duty boots, he followed up with me to confirm he double-checked any items that could have been similar to what I wanted to make sure they had nothing like what I was looking for. After answering some of my questions about the work boots, he checked to make sure I had everything I needed and pointed me in the direction of the snow melt I was looking for.Well above and beyond what I usually expect these days in major home improvement stores.”

“I really liked this Lowe's location. I went to get some paint for my weekend project. I pushed the button at the paint counter and a very nice and knowledgeable person came to quickly make my two gallons. He was very helpful and I only had to wait a very short time (less than 3 minutes). The store was clean and parking and convenient. The only issue is finding some products that didn't fit into the signage for each aisle. I went Friday late afternoon. So maybe that was a non-peak shopping time.”
