“Being new to the area, I was pretty nervous to find a reliable shop to take my car when a deer ran into my vehicle, causing a decent amount of damage. Initially I called the location in Erie, Pa but the gentleman who answered the phone was extremely professional and kind enough to tell me he would recommend me calling the Fairview location since they were booked a month out. I really appreciated this, since I know any shop could have gladly accepted my vehicle knowing I would be paying an arm and leg for a rental for over a month. The Fairview location was also incredible. They kept me routinely updated and each time I called with a question the staff was extremely nice and had wonderful customer service! “After the purchase of a Mach E in August, I discovered the rebate I was promised by the salesman did not exist, and it was significant. It took about 3 weeks, however the dealership made it right which confirms it was an honest mistake. I will be happy to return to Bob Ferrando Ford World in the future because I know they care and will make things right. I cannot give 5 stars because this was a big issue, but aside from this part of it I would have given 5 stars because the experience otherwise was good.”
