“Had a really great experience today in this store. I was greeted cheerfully, and it made me feel so welcomed. Prices and clothing were also a good quality ....a little pricey for me, but I was happy to spend the extra $ due to the atmosphere and service. Tan was so nice & helpful, & I really appreciated that so much. There was another young lady (didn't get her name) who priced checked 3 items for us as well ... She was very kind and helpful too. “I bought dress shoes online initially, which looked and fit great. Wide sizes were easy to find. I got a stain on one of the shoes so rather than get the wrong product, I went into the store to ask about shoe care. Topanga, the manager, was very enthusiastic about helping me get the right shoe care products and how to use them. She even helped me get the right product for another pair of leather shoes I have. I took the shoes in with me so she could determine what the best products were for it. So glad I stopped in vs just guessing and potentially ruining my shoes! They look as good as new now! Highly recommend!”
“We always get a proper fit and long lasting shoes. My 4&6 yo boys wear a lot of shoes out within weeks. We’ve had a lot of success with the Merrel, stride rite, and tsukihoshi brands lasting a long time. These are not cheap brands but find they’re worth it.”

“I have been to this store twice in the last month to return shoes I ordered in the wrong size and reorder the proper size. I have found both the salespeople I’ve interacted with to be excellent. They had great knowledge of their product and were friendly and professional and a pleasure with which to interact. In today’s world where customer service is an afterthought, Allen Edmonds does it right not to mention having great products. Their shoes are top notch and feel so solid and well constructed.”

“I had such an amazing experience at this store during holiday shopping! I needed to know which coat was the warmest for an upcoming trip and needed to talk with someone who knew. Beth was so knowledgeable about all the coats and took the time to talk me through the options and select what was best. She’s amazing! I’ll absolutely come back to this store just because of her. “Honestly, I typically dread the mall. But, since I happened to be there last week, I decided to stop in at Neiman Marcus to see if I could get some new cologne. The associate at the fragrance section, Kelly, was immediately helpful. And she was knowledgeable and very friendly. Although I knew what I wanted (and found it for a very reasonable price!), Kelly introduced me to other possibilities, some of which I now anticipate trying at some point. All this to say that despite my initial hesitancy to the mall, Neiman Marcus now will be my go to store for cologne, at least. And I'm certain I'll end up browsing other departments while there.”
