“Jeff and Manager Natasha went appove and beyond to help my upgrade. Jeff reassured me that it was nor a issue on my end. We spent and hour just to find out it was a just a system update and if I come in the next day I would be fine. Manager Natasha was determined to make sure I was a priority. End of the day I got my upgrade and it was a relief for all of us. I will only got to them for any upgrades or any other services.”

“The elementary school teacher in our house purchased two bags of school supplies from this Target location, but mistakenly left with one. These items were for a specific event the next morning at the school. Upon discovery of the mistake, I was sent to talk to the store. The courteous young man at the customer service counter looked for the bag in multiple places in the store, but it didn't turn up. I showed him our receipt and pointed out the missing merchandise. He directed me to find the missing items, and come back and the store took care of it. Class act, Target! An elementary school class was very appreciative.”

“My elderly mother had a billing issue and couldn't get through to telephone support so she went to the Verizon store to try to sort it out. The manager on duty was Rashid and he went above and beyond the call of duty to help my mother. He not only straightened out the issue, but helped my mom install the Verizon app so she could try to address any future issues through the app. Thank you Rashid for being so nice, so helpful. I wish I could have been there to help but its nice to know people like you are there to lend a hand to people in need of good old fashioned customer service.”
