Sarah was amazing and so helpful when I couldn’t find a receipt in my email for an exchange! She called to find my order number so I could make the exchange. So kind and patient! 10/10 service

I took in a pair of my absolutely favorite Madewell jeans KOP to see if they could repair the rips on the part were my thighs rub together and they were able to do it and I had my jeans back to me in less than a week ?? The staff was friendly and helpful.
