From shopping with Rachel to delivery communication and management with FGO Logistics, everything was just perfect. The entire process, from order to delivery, took less than two weeks. I am 100% satisfied with my dining table and chair set. The quality exceeded my expectations, and the service was top-notch. I highly recommend this experience to anyone looking for a smooth and enjoyable furniture shopping journey.

I have been searching for the perfect sofas for a few months now and stopped by the store today and was greeted by David Diaz who was incredible to work with. David instantly engaged and was very knowable and helped us decide on the best sofas and chair for our living room. David made it so easy helping us pick the perfect colors and presented us options. Overall a very impressive and great experience. I would highly recommend Arhaus. Thank you David!

I went to the store to see a table that I wanted to purchase. They had a floor sample, so i decided to buy the floor sample because the online order wait was 4 months. The sales assistant was super nice and helpful until it was time to pick the table up. I called ahead to say that I was on my way, and we still had to carry the table out of their and move their furniture out of the way. Once we lifted the table up, I noticed that the leg was hanging off and there were screws missing from the table leg. I notified the sales manager and she that I paid for the table and that's my problem. Then, when to inform me that I can buy a set of hardware for $7 plus 10 shipping. I was shocked at the offer, I have paid several thousands for this table to be sold a broken table and to be told I am stuck with it. I was going to return to the store to purchase more things, but after this experience, I will not return.

I came in a few times. None of my experiences were good. The employees there have really bad attitudes, they say things like ‘I don’t know how to help you’. They treat you like an inconvenience. When you ask questions they look clueless.

David Diaz at the KOP store was very helpful in our purchase of a Leighton Dining Table. He twice alerted us to upcoming sales promotions via professional texts and emails. We purchased based on timing, budget, and price per his second alert of a price cut. We are grateful for that and love our new table. Delivery was smooth and communication from the warehouse/delivery team was very good.
I will say, outside of David, our experience with the sales team over four different visits was lackluster to disappointing.

I am writing this review because as a long time customer of Arhaus and a very loyal customer I am finally done with them. I have spent hundreds of thousands on furniture for multiple homes in multiple states and they finally have my attention. The most recent order placed in January of 2024 was delivered wrong. It was an over $35,000 order. I have been trying for months to get them to recify the order and fix the situation to no avail. At this point, I have requested my money back and if needed will dispute the charges. The quality has become extremely poor in the products and the quality control even worse. The concierge department is a joke and the store is just as bad. There is no returning to Arhaus for me. Final straw for me is the poor customer service and "corporate" attitude. I am done.

I would never go to KOP store, their reps don't care and do want to only make a sale , let the customer know that the delivery date incorrectly. They always do false promises and when we follow up on the furniture arrival dates they say that they aren't responsible for the delays and only warehouse will call us to give the delivery time. All false promises and unprofessional rude tone on the phone, when asking them to get the confirmed delivery date.
That's the reason reviews are bad, because of thier few employees.

Let me start with this ... Patricia DiLullo, the Interior Designer at the KOP location, is simply exceptional. Her thoughtful, purposeful questions led her to a design a complete home furnishing plan that exceeded our expectations. It was like she could read our minds ... she has a special gift to be able to envision our preferred style based on a brief conversation. We were overwhelmed by her creativity and expertise she put forth to furnish our dream home. Moreover, the quality and beautiful craftsmanship of Arhaus furniture is absolutely top notch! We were kept in the loop regarding delivery date expectations by the Arhaus team and when the furniture was delivered it was done so with the utmost care ... simply outstanding white glove service. Patricia was there on delivery day to do all measurements to ensure placement of each item was perfect. Patricia is so talented ... she's personable, professional and simply the best at what she does! Patricia and Arhaus are the ideal combination if you are furnishing one room or an entire home.

I am only giving a one star rating because there is not an option for a negative star.Our experience has been so horrific that it would be difficult to give a synopsis.Suffice it to say that from day one, when we were given incorrect information about shipping overseas, to delivery of the furniture to our overseas shipper, nothing has been handled properly.We had to contact the store multiple times to inquire as to when our furniture would be delivered to the shipping container only to be told that a console that was part of our order was “borrowed” to fulfill another order. We continued to call to get an update. We then find out that our shipment was being held up because we owed a $100 tax since the furniture was being delivered to New Jersey. We spent quite a few thousand, so a $100 tax was not a problem HAD THIS EVER BEEN COMMUNICATED! We had to request more than once for a complete inventory of our order including prices be sent to us as we would need this for customs in the destination country.We have just now learned from the overseas shipping company that the items arrived with no labels & that they had to call Arhaus to determine what was delivered and who it was for!!! What was required for the overseas shipping company had been CLEARLY communicated to Arhaus.Our experience at KOP Arhaus had been a positive one in years past and we had no reason to believe that it would any different. We were sadly mistaken.I’m reasonably confident that if you purchase a small quantity to be delivered locally or can walk out of the store with your purchase in hand, the experience would not be as negative as ours. I can only caution “buyer beware”.Never again…

My wife and I are revamping our guest bedroom. She was looking for modern contemporary furniture with a neutral tone vibe. I was along representing the finance committee.Great experience at Arhaus in King of Prussia. The selection was incredible with samples of the various pieces of furniture, fabrics and colors available. The store floor had multiple styles of bedroom furniture in a variety of design settings. Also, my wife was looking to create a sitting area in the bedroom. All of the Arhaus inventory was readily available on the floor including bedding, seating, lighting and side tables.But the best part of the experience we had was with Austin, our sales person and Patricia the designer. Great personalities, inciteful comments on what looked good, what worked without pushing any agenda. Incredible how much they not only listened to the vision my wife expressed, but how totally involved they were in making her aware of the options and making her vision a reality.We had purchased a piece from Arhaus before for our living room and am excited for the arrival of our new bedroom set.

We recently moved into a new home and ordered living and dining room furnishings from Arhaus, KOP. The experience from start to finish has truly exceeded all of my expectations. I gave them my measurements and they designed my dream living room. I could never have picked pieces out on my own that would have fit so beautifully together. Everything we ordered came in in a timely fashion- everything! When I had questions they were incredibly responsive and helpful. We’ve been enjoying all of our furniture for several months now and are so impressed with the comfort and style of each piece. Through our move I’ve learned just how rare an experience like this is, so I had to write a review. Way to go, Arhaus!

For buyers who are interested in a seamless, guided end to end experience, this may not be your best option. Key elements of the customer experience are missing, not sure they embody the notion that sales and customer experience are intertwined.
