I bought two iPhones in this store and everything went fine but when I came to check my AirPods (right side not working) bought in Europe and the store service denied to even check the bar code. I checked direct in Apple and I bought a new right side and it’s all working now. Long story short it’s a good store to buy but don’t service here.

My experience at this store was not acceptable. False information and lied too from Steven and Richard. Richard the so called manger didn’t resolve anything. Surprises are always great for Richard. #expectation

Got to look at a bunch of new phones and devices, like it’s own little universe in there. Having a repairable issue somewhere else however may just be a “time for a new phone” issue here, so that’s something to keep in mind. The staff here are very nice and it’s always clean and presentable. Any questions I had were always answered immediately and to the best of there knowledge. It’s a pretty big store so they offer just about the full selection of apple products.

They LOST MY PHONE.Took it in to get serviced, and I came back later and said I didn't have a service history there. They had no plans to help find my phone. I don't know what to do. THEY STOLE IT

This store bricked my iPhone. After contact had no plan to help either.The phone was not in the best shape, not always turning on etc., this was why I came in to get it repaired. I anticipated a 100-200$ charge for a repair based on some research I had done. They did some diagnostics on it and said the repair was 350$ or we could outright buy a new phone. These options were not in my budget, which is not their fault, this is totally understandable. That being said, upon getting home the phone was completely unusable, and not due to wear and tear, due to Apple. The diagnostics and restoring process they tried to use to fix it caused the phone to sit in an unfixable restoration screen.All in all, I was not expecting a free pass, or a new phone, as I couldn't afford the fix they put forward, but I didn't expect to get a phone back in significantly worse shape than I brought it in.Tl;Dr - Phone being wack (but functional), brought it in, after inspection, no work done, only option to fix it was 350$, I couldn't afford it so I walk, they bricked my phone with their diagnostics and refuse to help without the 350$ repair

After a long wait, they did “diagnostics” on my phone. They told me I needed a new one and quoted me $1.2k. I went to my local repair shop and all it needed was a $90 battery (including diagnostics), it works fine now and I’m using it to type in this review! Genius Bar is a bit of an overstatement.

Very long experience at this location, but in and out within 15 mins after being seen. There's a dozen of employees sitting around and I still had to wait an hour for a genius bar rep. For someone to purchase any expensive apple product, there should always be several repair men available and not just sales associates. BEWARE this location may have potential delays even with a genius appt.

Its a perfectly nice apple store but their service recovery is awful. They overcharged me $!50 on my purchase and in order for me to get credit back they are saying I have to return to the mall, hardly a convenient way for me to get them to correct their mistake. No offer of service recovery, no accommodation. Make sure your purchase is correct before leaving lest you have to return to get your own money back. Apple is the highest tech company there is for them to say they cant do this except in person is ludicrous.

Awful customer service. Jamie ran some tests and lost all my desktop data without my consent. Michael is a senior manager lied about what he heard. He refused to explain why Jamie forgot to explain the risks of the tests and about lack of responsibility in consent signings. Stay away from KOP Apple Store.

Worse customer service I ever had at an Apple Store they left me standing there for 30 mins but was helping everybody else that walked in after me yes I am African American so you do the math it took for me to complain and speak to a manager to even get some service, very disappointed!!!!!

I purchased an iPhone 14 at a different location and they were unable to backup the old phone. I called Apple Support and they thought the WiFi speed was too low so they made an appointment for me at the King of Prussia Apple Store. I got there early and struck up a conversation with an employee named Theodora Mariano. The phone needed a charge so she helped me with that. Then she asked why I was there. Next she started the backup process which only took 16 minutes in the Apple Store. I was thrilled since I had tried to backup this phone for 3 days and had no idea it was the WiFi speed. So by the time my scheduled appointment arrived Theodora had solved my problem. Theodora is professional, knowledgeable and personable! Servive with a smile! Thank you Theodora and Apple!

As amazing the store is and their store front staff are the service center is not great. May be they have staffing problems like every business does. My MacBook was in for a battery change last Wednesday and I was told 2-3 days max. So Saturday comes no update or message. I call yesterday and after all the rigmarole a Christina comes on and feeds me absolute clueless responses. I ask for a manager she says “ why ? They can’t do anything it’s a shipping delay and we don’t know when your part will arrive. I ask for a manager and person named Trinity gets on and it’s bad to worse. When asked why I was t contacted /$3 says they left you a voice mail which wasn’t true and her response was I can’t help it if you hadn’t set up your voicemail. I guess the new wave employees don’t have listening skills. Finally she said let me get the tech to get it done by 6 pm. I went to pick it up and it was all good and I spoke to an awesome senior manager Mike who really helped and understood the importance of customer and communication.

My son was recently granted his wish from Make-A-Wish and visited Apple. The staff was extremely helpful and personable. They brought us back to their conference room where they had a sign welcoming him. They helped him with the purchase of his air pods while also speaking with him and getting to know him. Thank you for helping his day feel extra special.
