Another non-seamless curbside pickup experience at Bloomingdale's. Another lengthy wait of 20+ minutes while they either find my order or maybe find someone to bring it out. If you are unable to provide the service, I'd recommend removing it. And again, your order confirmation says 11-7 for curbside service not 5pm.

It's better for me not to go into stores like this, or it will take me a long time to try everything on.The salespeople are always glad to see me, and show me all the new things they have recently put on sale.
