“I met Mike by chance while online shopping for a Mercedes oil filter and noticed he was from Downingtown. So i figured I'd give him the business since he was somewhat local. After that he became my ML350 mechanic while employed at Mercedes of West Chester. He performed a lot of this work either in his driveway or he'd meet me somewhere in between his house and mine. Being in the automotive repair business all my life, it was quickly determined Mike was very honest and knew his stuff. He did mention that he wanted to start his own business one day and I encouraged him as well. I would highly recommend him to anyone that needs work performed on their vehicle. “I would provide a 5-star rating - but two minor service gaps were noted for my last service on my Highlander: 1) the vehicle diagnostic/assessment report/link was not provided in advance for my pre-approval of the work to be done (even though the only action identified to take was an oil change) - this or a phone call are customarily done prior to work being done; and 2) after getting the car back, I noticed soon afterwards that it still was showing a "maintenance required" indicator and message at start-up - that I reported initially- but was told that there were no identified maintenance actions or trouble codes found. So either the indicator needed to be reset (i.e. following oil/change maintenance) - or something seems to have been missed. The team did take it upon themselves to rotate the tires as part of the diagnostic/without being told - so that was good.Services: Auto engine diagnostic”

“Sev and I are good friends now! And after all isn’t that what you want from this type service? The feeling of a fair (in my case more than fair) deal? I had a unique situation and I was referred to Sev at Paintworks buy Pete and Dave at Meineke in West Chester who I highly recommend too. I was not disappointed. Sev listened to my issue and told me to come by on Tuesday. He had lots of other work but found time for my unique situation. Suffice it to say it would have been thousands if I went through insurance. It wasn’t even hundreds. I HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED and my only disappointment was not knowing about Sev before. “I should have wrote this review years ago. These guys are the best. I've been driving for over fifty years, & have lived in Chester County now for the last 18. In that time, this shop has repaired 3 vehicles ('01 Altima sedan; '10 Altima coupe; '16 Camaro convert) a total of 5 times; a few relatively minor, & a couple major ones. Also, they have custom painted parts for me. When needed, they always called the tow truck, arranged a rental, contacted insurance companies & adjusters, driven me home, picked me up, and generally took care of everything. In the rare instance, that some little detail was not right(I'm a perfectionist) they took care of it right away without debate. Their prices are lower than franchise shops & the work is better. You really feel like they care about you & your vehicle. What prompted me to write this is, I just got off the phone with them to schedule a windshield replacement on the Chevy. An oncoming semi knocked an overhead tree branch off which shattered the glass.”

“I asked a random person in the neighborhood for a recommendation of a mechanic and they suggested EvasI dove straight to the place on a Friday to see if they would service my vehicle. At first Luis, the owner hesitated and told me to come back on Monday but then we engaged in a conversation on my request. We walked out to my car and discussed the situation further and he decided that my repair could be completed. He proceeded with the fix in a professional manner and I was very impressed with the outcome and his pricing is reasonable.I need a good mechanic where I feel comfortable with the work they’ll do on my car because I’m particular about my baby.
