They not only called enterprise for me to confirm my reservation and schedule a pickup, but when my vehicle repairs were done, they returned the rental car to enterprise for me. On other occasions they’ve provided me with great service when I was in a time crunch and wasn’t able to make an appointment. I’d give more stars if I could.”

After that he became my ML350 mechanic while employed at Mercedes of West Chester. He performed a lot of this work either in his driveway or he'd meet me somewhere in between his house and mine. “I decided to use Bradford Collision on Poorhouse Road to have my car repaired following an accident. I wanted to keep business locally and boy oh boy was I beyond pleased! The owner, Al was not only extremely knowledgeable, professional but also a gentleman.After the recommendations received, first I stopped by to discuss what was involved with my repair. Al took his time to help me understand the “workings” with auto body repair. I looked no further and contacted the insurance company to get the ball rolling.Upon dropping my car off, I asked Al if they provided “detailing” services. That was a cost directly to me.Al and his awesome employees had my car repaired a day ahead of schedule.I was overjoyed! My car looked as if it came off the showroom floor. There was not a sign of my car being 6 years old. The outside shined. The inside was clean again. An added bonus was looking under the hood.
