John the service tech was very accommodating . He explained service was backed up from the snow storm the day before. He provided a shuttle service for us and said he will keep us informed which he did . Vehicle was done one hour ahead of estimated time shuttle service was excellent and driver very friendly.

Dealership and service is 2nd to none.
My problem is I've never had a vehicle whose a/c compressor went bad and gad to be replaced 2016 35k miles. Dropped 1g. Frankly disappointed on such an exspense
