“I was in for a routine oil change. I had a 2 pm appt. I was there at 2 on the dot, and I was shown to the waiting area. 2 hours later, the job was finished. I was disappointed that I was sitting there so long even though I had an appointment, but assuming the job was done correctly, I have no other complaints. I was happy that I could get a same day appointment!!”
