“I rented a truck on a Saturday evening, making my pickup 645pm, 15min before they closed. I was running late and didn't get there until a couple minutes before 7. The two men working were the nicest employees I have ever encountered in a situation like this..thank you a million times! I'm always running late, so it means a lot!”
“The location and owner of the shop was the best thing. He was decent. But U-HAUL in general is waaaayyyy overpriced. U-Haul is double charging and false advertising. It's really NOT $19.95. It's 19.95 PLUS INSURANCE PLUS GAS PLUS MILEAGE. We had to put in gas, too, when we were already charged for mileage??? It should just be one or the other. Oh plus the insurance. We paid almost $60 for barely a couple hours use. VERY EXPENSIVE. But the owner of the shop is great, super nice. He's the saving grace.”

“All around excellent. U-Haul was in good shape, was in and out in 10 minutes? If that. It was my first time renting a U-haul and couldn't have been easier. And extra thanks for the pep talk when I was dropping off! I was pretty bummed walking in the door, but left in better spirits. Can't recommend a nicer guy to work with.”
