“All around excellent. U-Haul was in good shape, was in and out in 10 minutes? If that. It was my first time renting a U-haul and couldn't have been easier. And extra thanks for the pep talk when I was dropping off! I was pretty bummed walking in the door, but left in better spirits. Can't recommend a nicer guy to work with.”

“Excellent Vehicles Excellent Customer Service. Uhaul has been a reputable business at Washington Blvd in pgh pa for a long time. My entire family uses this location for any Uhaul rental needs! There is never an issue at this location. The owner is very personable and reasonable. Please visit this location for any of your Uhaul rental needs. Uhaul carries dolly equipment bubble wrap for any items needing safe cushioning. Furniture cloth for moving furniture as well as bed cloth to cover any mattresses needing moved as well. “The location and owner of the shop was the best thing. He was decent. But U-HAUL in general is waaaayyyy overpriced. U-Haul is double charging and false advertising. It's really NOT $19.95. It's 19.95 PLUS INSURANCE PLUS GAS PLUS MILEAGE. We had to put in gas, too, when we were already charged for mileage??? It should just be one or the other. Oh plus the insurance. We paid almost $60 for barely a couple hours use. VERY EXPENSIVE. But the owner of the shop is great, super nice. He's the saving grace.”
