“Alex (owner/ASE certified master technician) and EJ *can/will* take care of your small and large Subaru repair needs. My 2014 6-speed Forester was in DESPERATE need of a completely new clutch assembly. It was also time to replace the serpentine belt and (additionally) fix a problematic axle. At my request, the guys first did a thorough body check/evaluation of the 12 year old vehicle. Alex’s technical knowledge is immediately evident. Both he and EJ have confident, easygoing demeanors that put their customers at ease. The guys plainly explained their findings and work plan for the necessary repairs, then answered my follow-up questions. I was provided a detailed work estimate for parts and labor. After my OK, the work was *correctly* completed in a timely fashion. The guys at Kenny Boyd Automotive are Subaru experts and relish their work — especially the difficult/challenging jobs that come their way.
