“My husband and I have a hard time finding a automotive garage that we feel we can trust and does not take advantage of us, financially, when we take our cars in with an "unknown" issue. Since we don't know much about fixing cars we have to trust the mechanic at his word. I believe it was a husband and wife, (maybe the owners) who both greeted us when we arrived. They were both very polite and pleasant to talk to. After explaining to the mechanic, the issues we were having with our "seasoned/older " vehicle, he took the time to go over several things that could be causing the issues and several different solutions, quoting a round about cost of each possible solution. After he checked our car, thoroughly, he told us that we didn't need any of the more expensive solutions he had previously mentioned but he could solve the problem for about $100. We were so grateful. This must have been the first time, we can recall, where we felt like the mechanic wasn't trying to send himself on a lavish vacation with the money from our shop bill. When our car was done, it ended up being slightly more than anticipated but with each step along the way the mechanic himself called us to go over any extra work, before doing it, and what it would cost, allowing us to choose if we wanted the work to be done or not. We have faithfully used this garage for years now for both of our vehicles and most of our childrens too. Now the lady we met, on our first visit, must have been the mechanic's wife ( I think ) because she would go over the bill with us and order the parts we needed sometimes, but I don't think she worked on the actual cars. What she did do, that really made our day, was send us a sort of news letter a few times per year that had all kinds of neat articles in it. We found ourselves looking forward to receiving the next newsletter because you just never knew what was going to be in it.... Anything and everything...from coupons for services to poems to tips to care for your car to silly jokes or recipes. We couldn't be more pleased with the services we have received over the years. We always felt blessed to have found this garage because it always felt like a very personal experience when we would go there, from the very first visit. We wouldn't want anyone else to work on our cars and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good mechanic at very reasonable prices.”

“Will was a fantastic mobile mechanic! Gave me a very reasonable and thorough estimate for the work I needed done, and was very quick to schedule an appointment. When weather got in the way of our original appointment, Will was there early the very next day and was extremely communicative with me the whole time. I'm super impressed with how quickly they got the work done and even more impressed with how reasonable their rates are for these types of work! One other note - I was having an oil leak fixed, and there is hardly a drop of oil where they were working, so I know they kept things very clean and tidy. “I was in need of an emergency brake job. I called and asked if I could bring my vehicle in for service. When i arrived, i was immediately greeted and checked in. I watched a technician pull my vehicle into the garage and started working approximately 5 minutes later. The waiting area was clean considering the horrific weather outside. Not a single complaint from anyone in the waiting room. If you have ever been to another dealer or shop for service, you know what I'm talking about. Fast and efficient (a little over an hour-hour and a half tops) which saved me labor costs. I would give their team a ten star rating if possible. This was the only Ford dealership within 15 miles that could take me that day. I will drive the 15 miles anytime for that kind of service. Great job!!!”

It was just winter tires to summer tires swap, but you'd be surprised about how many things have gone wrong in the last few years with this simple procedure. Being overcharged ($200.00), overtightened lugs nuts which had to be drilled out, and not checking psi on tires which have been sitting in garage for months! So, if you want reliable service and very nice group of people, give them a try.”
