“I went in for a new pair of work boots and they had a very excellent selection of work boots to choose from. The sales associate that helped me was extremely helpful and very patient with me. He answered every question that I had and went to the back room to get multiple boots for me to try without hesitation or irritation. He even had to go digging her boots that weren't on the shelves for me to try. I highly recommend this place just based on customer service I received.”

“This shoe store is out of this world wonderful! My wife has problems with her feet and was picky about the shoes that she wears. These wonderful women actually do what shoe stores are supposed to do, make sure you get the shoes that you want and will be comfortable in. Her feet were measured (length and width) and told the sales woman an idea of what she was looking for. The lady disappeared into the back and came out with 12 boxes!!! My wife tried on each pair and found the ones she wanted, but the left one didn't fit quite right. So, the sales lady stretched part of the top of the shoe, and placed a "spacer" (for lack of the correct name for it) in the heel of the shoe. That fixed them! We were sold!More shoe stores should take a hint and go back to the way it should be done!!!”

“I have visited several times for alterations and have not been disappointed by the work of the seamstress there. The tailor asked me if I wanted a hand-tailored suit. I was reluctant to say yes because of the reviews of others on this site. I finally relented to have him do a blue blazer for me, which he offered at a great price. I was not disappointed. It fits better than any other suitcoat that I have. He also added a faux pocket handkerchief in the breast pocket and put my name inside the blazer in nice script (I had requested neither so these were nice surprises).”

“The foot pattern walk on it gizmo, was true. I'm a heel toe striker. Lots of foot discomfort at the end of the day. Particularly in my heels. Decided to shop red wing shoe store based on reputation of red wing shoes. I wanted a very light work shoe with great support. The salesman was all about that in the beginning. Although he recommended boots later in the sales. I declined the heavier boot recommendations. I must have tried on 3 or 4 pairs of shoes. Each succeeding one felt better than the last. But, inc then, having worn my shoes for more than a week, I'm going to need an air insole or something. After an hour at work of standing on concrete floor, my big toes ache. I wire panels so I cannot sit. I work a ten hour shift, 5 days a week, overtime on Saturdays. I need a cushioned insert. The salesman showed me some of the red wing inserts but, they were very thin, lacking the aaa! I need. Patience. The salesman had great patience, well informed about which shoe offered what. He didn't mind repeating himself. Never once rolling his eyes or sucking his teeth. Very well mannered throughout the sale. I'm appreciative of his patience and knowledge..”
