“We started off at the Original Mattress Factory. The man over there said hi and that was pretty much it. We liked one of the mattresses over there but wanted to look around more. We then made our way to Mattress Firm and were greeted by Symone. She was great! She stayed with us the whole time and explained everything in detail while taming my two year old while we tried out the mattresses. “This was our second purchase from Original Mattress Factory. It was one of the most pleasant purchase experiences I’ve encountered. Jay was so helpful in answering our questions and explained the mattress thoroughly and the best part was no high pressure. We had gone to a furniture store close by and the guy followed us around and it was hard to discuss what we wanted because every time we started discussing it we’d turn around and there was a salesman watching with everything as if he was using binoculars to watch us.
